Az Eur\u00f3pai Sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s K\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9delmi Sz\u00f6vets\u00e9g nemr\u00e9giben v\u00e9gzett felm\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9ben arra jutott, hogy az <strong>SCR-rendszer j\u00f3val hat\u00e9konyabb<\/strong> az EGR-rendszern\u00e9l. Sz\u00f3val mi is az SCR-rendszer? A kataliz\u00e1torban reakci\u00f3 j\u00e1tsz\u00f3dik le, amelynek sor\u00e1n a nitrog\u00e9n-oxidokb\u00f3l H2O (v\u00edz) \u00e9s N<sub>2<\/sub> (nitrog\u00e9n-dioxid) lesz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<em><u>Hogyan m\u0171k\u00f6dik az SCR? <\/u><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Egyszer\u0171en megfogalmazva: az SCR-kataliz\u00e1torban sz\u00e1mos <strong>reakci\u00f3<\/strong> megy v\u00e9gbe. Az AdBlue befecskendez\u00e9sre ker\u00fcl, reakci\u00f3ba l\u00e9p a kataliz\u00e1tor elemeivel \u00e9s a nitrog\u00e9n-oxidokkal, \u00e9s ennek k\u00f6vetkez\u00e9ben a kipufog\u00f3rendszer v\u00e9g\u00e9re \u00e9rve <strong>a nitrog\u00e9n-oxidok mennyis\u00e9ge 90%-kal cs\u00f6kken<\/strong>. A reakci\u00f3t k\u00f6vet\u0151en csak nitrog\u00e9n, v\u00edz \u00e9s sz\u00e9n-dioxid (N<sub>2<\/sub>, H<sub>2<\/sub>O \u00e9s egy kis CO<sub>2<\/sub>) marad.<br \/>\nAz optim\u00e1lis hat\u00e1sfokhoz az SCR-kataliz\u00e1torba ker\u00fcl\u0151 g\u00e1znak <strong>bizonyos h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9klet\u0171nek<\/strong> kell lennie. Ez azt jelenti, hogy a kipufog\u00f3nak <strong>el\u00e9g melegnek<\/strong> kell lennie! \u00cdgy a kataliz\u00e1tort nem lehet a kipufog\u00f3rendszer b\u00e1rmely pontj\u00e1n elhelyezni&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Egyes aut\u00f3gy\u00e1rt\u00f3k (pl. PSA Peugeot Citro\u00ebn) \u00fagy d\u00f6nt\u00f6ttek, hogy az SCR-kataliz\u00e1tort a d\u00edzeloxid\u00e1ci\u00f3s kataliz\u00e1tor (DOC-kataliz\u00e1tor) el\u00e9 helyezik. Ennek oka, hogy ez a poz\u00edci\u00f3 ide\u00e1lis az SCR-kataliz\u00e1tor felf\u0171t\u00e9si idej\u00e9nek cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em><u>Az SCR nem olyan \u00faj technol\u00f3gia, mint gondoln\u00e1nk<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Az SCR-kataliz\u00e1tort az amerikai Engelhard Corporation (ma BASF) v\u00e1llalat <strong>fejlesztette ki 1957-ben<\/strong>. Az\u00f3ta az ipar az SCR-technol\u00f3gi\u00e1t arra haszn\u00e1lja, hogy cs\u00f6kkentse az ipari \u00fczemek, a haj\u00f3k, a vonatok \u00e9s <strong>sz\u00e1mos m\u00e1s \u00e1gazat<\/strong> NOx-kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1t.
