The AGF Nitrogen logo features bold blue and gray lettering. Its modern design conveys strength and innovation.

The creation of AGF Nitrogen marks an important step in strengthening collaboration across the Group’s chemical businesses. By bringing these companies closer together, AGROFERT aims to create greater synergies, improve operational efficiency, and leverage economies of scale to support long-term growth and competitiveness.

For GreenChem, this means becoming part of an even stronger network while continuing to deliver the same reliable products and services our customers have come to expect. The new structure will enable closer cooperation with other sister companies, allowing us to share expertise, strengthen our supply chain, and better serve our customers.

Importantly, the establishment of AGF Nitrogen does not affect our day-to-day cooperation with customers, partners, or employees. GreenChem will continue to operate as usual, with the same dedicated teams, trusted contacts, and commitment to quality and customer service.

The new sub-holding is led by Petr Cingr, who has been appointed Chairman of the Board and CEO of AGF Nitrogen, while continuing in his role as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the AGROFERT Group.

Commenting on the formation of AGF Nitrogen, Petr Cingr said:

“The European production of fertilizers and other nitrogen products, like almost the entire chemical industry, is in crisis. However, any crisis also represents an opportunity for future growth for us, and at AGROFERT we have proven many times that we can grasp these opportunities correctly. With the acquisitions of the companies of the LAT Nitrogen Group and recently OCI Ammonia holding, the AGROFERT Group has made it clear that it believes in the future of the chemical industry in Europe and that our employees, customers and business partners can rely on us. However, this future success requires organizational adjustments within the group”

As part of AGF Nitrogen, GreenChem looks forward to contributing to an even stronger, more integrated chemical group while remaining focused on what matters most: delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that help our customers keep moving.

Together, let’s make the environment cleaner.
