This expansion enhances GreenChem\u2019s operational presence and customer service in Central Europe, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to providing high-quality AdBlue\u00ae solutions and exceptional service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the creation of GreenChem Austria GmbH, the company has taken over the AdBlue\u00ae supply operations previously managed by LAT Nitrogen, enabling direct delivery services and a more streamlined, customer-focused supply chain. The market volume is projected to match the combined scale of GreenChem\u2019s Hungarian and Slovakian operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting January 1, 2026,<\/strong> GreenChem Austria GmbH will also take over Kreuzmayr GmbH\u2019s AdBlue\u00ae business. While Kreuzmayr has chosen to transfer this segment to a larger supplier and to focus in the future solely on their fuels and new energy business, they will continue to collaborate closely with GreenChem Austria GmbH to ensure uninterrupted service for both private and corporate customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This acquisition marks a key step in GreenChem\u2019s European expansion strategy, strengthening the footprint and extending the service reach across Austria and neighboring markets.
