What is AUS40?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AUS40, designed for marine ISO18611 applications, blends demineralized water and urea (40% urea content). It functions as a reduction agent in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology, controlling and removing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from vessel engines. Compared to AdBlue\u00ae (which has a 32.5% urea content and is better suited for smaller engines), AUS40\u2019s higher concentration allows it to meet the unique demands of bigger vessels, making it the optimal solution for marine clients who require efficient and reliable NOx emission control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This delivery posed a unique challenge: the vessel\u2019s connection point was 20 meters high, requiring a strong solution to pump the AUS40 onboard. Using a 30-meter hose and a compressor set at 2 bar, we successfully completed the delivery in 7 hours<\/strong>. Despite the challenge, our team delivered on time, showcasing our ability to handle unexpected situations and meet customer needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
