Tento pl\u00e1n byl zah\u00e1jen v roce 1992 s Euro 1 a chronologicky se za\u010daly prov\u00e1d\u011bt drobn\u00e9 zm\u011bny a aktualizace. V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi se nach\u00e1z\u00edme nyn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jinak \u0159e\u010deno, Euro 6 a Euro 7 jsou emisn\u00ed normy pro vozidla. Euro 6 (p\u0159edstaven\u00e1 v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2014) je p\u0159edch\u016fdce a Euro 7 je n\u00e1stupce. Ob\u011b sm\u011brnice jsou stanoveny Evropskou uni\u00ed, aby pomohly sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00farove\u0148 \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek produkovan\u00fdch nov\u00fdmi vozidly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00edte, regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny EU vyv\u00edjej\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tlak na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edkladem toho je Zelen\u00e1 dohoda pro Evropu \u2013 Evropsk\u00fd pr\u00e1vn\u00ed r\u00e1mec pro klima, jeho\u017e dlouhodob\u00fdm c\u00edlem je dos\u00e1hnout do roku 2050 nulov\u00e9 emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f (GHG). Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde byly zavedeny normy Euro 7, kter\u00e9 vstoup\u00ed v platnost v roce 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V d\u016fsledku toho byl v bal\u00ed\u010dku EU Fit for 55 stanoven pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00fd c\u00edl sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f o 55 % do roku 2030 oproti roku 1990. Euro VI. U lehk\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel, jako jsou osobn\u00ed automobily a dod\u00e1vky, se obvykle pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u010d\u00edslice, jako nap\u0159. Euro 6. To ve skute\u010dnosti p\u0159ineslo opa\u010dn\u00fd efekt, kter\u00fd se budou sna\u017eit vy\u0159e\u0161it normy Euro 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pro\u010d jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stru\u010dn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f: proto\u017ee p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k \u010dist\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlouh\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evropsk\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy byly zavedeny v roce 1993 s c\u00edlem sn\u00ed\u017eit mno\u017estv\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00fdch automobily. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o oxid dus\u00edku (NOx), oxid uhelnat\u00fd (CO), uhlovod\u00edky (THC a NMHC) a pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice (PM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oxid dus\u00edku (NOx) je zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tka, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 vlivy na zdrav\u00ed a je \u0161kodliv\u00e1 pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00ed a plicn\u00ed probl\u00e9my. R\u016fzn\u00e1 paliva produkuj\u00ed p\u0159i spalov\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, a proto normy funguj\u00ed odli\u0161n\u011b pro benzinov\u00e9 a naftov\u00e9 automobily. Naftov\u00e9 motory produkuj\u00ed v\u00edce NOx ne\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad benzinov\u00e9, a proto je limit stanoven v\u00fd\u0161e na 0,08 g\/km oproti 0,06 g\/km u benzinov\u00fdch model\u016f. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nespln\u011bn\u00ed by to mohlo znamenat, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010di nebudou m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edstup do n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblast\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi emisn\u00edmi normami, nemluv\u011b o \u0161kodliv\u00e9m vlivu na ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images Norma Euro 7 se tedy bude t\u00fdkat lehk\u00fdch i t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shrnut\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f zaveden\u00ed normy Euro 7, kter\u00fdch se dos\u00e1hne do roku 2035, v porovnan\u00ed se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm stavem Euro 6\/VI, podle EK:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed NOx o 35 % v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f\/dod\u00e1vek a o 56 % v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00edch automobil\u016f\/autobus\u016f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic o 13 % v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f\/dod\u00e1vek a o 39 % v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch automobil\u016f\/autobus\u016f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic z brzd o 27 % u osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f\/dod\u00e1vek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma Euro 7 t\u00e9\u017e zav\u00e1d\u00ed nov\u00e9 typy zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek (bez v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f) z brzd, pneumatik a po\u017eadavky na v\u00fdkonnost bateri\u00ed. V\u00edc podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch informac\u00ed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/ip_22_6495\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o n\u00e1vrhu najd\u011bte tady<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co te\u010f?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 unie reviduje nov\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy a p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee budou zavedeny v roce 2025. Pokud budou schv\u00e1leny, jsou ji\u017e stanovena data vstupu v platnost pro osobn\u00ed automobily\/dod\u00e1vky (vozidla kategorie M1, N1) a n\u00e1kladn\u00ed automobily\/autobusy (vozidla kategorie M2, M3, N2, N3), jinak \u0159e\u010deno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma Euro 7 vstoup\u00ed v platnost a za\u010dne platit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pro vozidla kategori\u00ed M1, N1 a jejich sou\u010d\u00e1sti bude platit od 1. \u010dervence 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro vozidla kategori\u00ed M2, M3, N2, N3 a jejich sou\u010d\u00e1sti a p\u0159\u00edpojn\u00e1 vozidla O3, O4 bude platit od 1. \u010dervence 2027.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro vozidla M1, N1 vyroben\u00e1 v\u00fdrobcem mal\u00fdch s\u00e9ri\u00ed bude platit od 1. \u010dervence 2030.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u00e1 vozidla, kter\u00e1 nebudou spl\u0148ovat po\u017eadavky normy Euro 7, nebudou moci b\u00fdt po vstupu normy Euro 7 v platnost registrov\u00e1na a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na v EU.
