Nen\u00ed nijak p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9, \u017ee se zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st debat to\u010d\u00ed kolem silni\u010dn\u00edch vozidel.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem je vytvo\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9 normy Euro\u00a06c, kter\u00e1 vstoupila v\u00a0platnost 1.\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2017. Tato norma se t\u00fdk\u00e1 p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu a\u00a0vy\u017eaduje od v\u00fdrobc\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zm\u011bny jejich v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2><em>Co je to Euro\u00a06?<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 <strong>norma Euro\u00a06 je environment\u00e1ln\u00ed norma<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 vstoupila v\u00a0platnost v\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2015. Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je omezit emise n\u011bkter\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch plyn\u016f vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00edmi vozidly. Jinak \u0159e\u010deno, tato norma nut\u00ed v\u00fdrobce vyv\u00edjet \u010dist\u0161\u00ed osobn\u00ed i\u00a0n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozy. V\u00fdrobci mus\u00ed dodr\u017eovat neust\u00e1le se sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b emis\u00ed pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic a\u00a0oxid\u016f dus\u00edku (NOx).<\/p>\n<p>Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku se tato povinnost t\u00fdkala pouze t\u011b\u017ekoton\u00e1\u017en\u00edch vozidel, od roku 1991 v\u0161ak evropsk\u00e9 normy plat\u00ed tak\u00e9 pro lehk\u00e1 vozidla. V\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech do\u0161lo k\u00a0v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku a\u00a0v\u00a0tomto trendu se pokra\u010duje i\u00a0nyn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Normy pro lehk\u00e1 vozidla jsou ozna\u010deny \u010d\u00edsly od\u00a01 do\u00a06. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo, t\u00edm je p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 norma nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed norma Euro\u00a06, kter\u00e1 plat\u00ed pro v\u0161echna vozidla zaregistrovan\u00e1 1.\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2015 a\u00a0pozd\u011bji. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee normu Euro\u00a06 mus\u00ed dodr\u017eovat v\u0161echny nov\u00e9 vozy prodan\u00e9 po tomto datu v\u00a0\u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1tech EU.<\/p>\n<p>Nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed technologii pro odstran\u011bn\u00ed emis\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku p\u0159edstavuje selektivn\u00ed katalytick\u00e1 redukce (<a href=\"http:\/\/cs.greenchem-adblue.com\/greenchem-has-a-new-product-12\/\">SCR<\/a>) v\u00a0kombinaci s\u00a0aditivem AdBlue\u00ae. Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed jak mezi v\u00fdrobci, tak u\u00a0org\u00e1n\u016f EU. Od sv\u00e9ho uveden\u00ed na trh pro t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 vozidla v\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu 2006 zp\u016fsobilo aditivum AdBlue\u00ae (vyvinut\u00e9 spole\u010dnost\u00ed GreenChem) skute\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159evrat v\u00a0nakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0emisemi oxid\u016f dus\u00edku. Technologi\u00ed SCR, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje pou\u017eit\u00ed aditiva <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.greenchem-adblue.com\/do-you-really-know-what-adblue-is-12\/\">AdBlue\u00ae<\/a>, je opat\u0159ena valn\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina n\u00e1kladn\u00edch voz\u016f vyroben\u00fdch po roce 2006 a\u00a0v\u0161echny n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozy vyroben\u00e9 po \u0159\u00edjnu 2012.<\/p>\n<h2><em>Jak se prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed zkou\u0161ky?<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Od n\u00e1stupu normy Euro prob\u00edhaj\u00ed zkou\u0161ky podle takzvan\u00e9ho nov\u00e9ho evropsk\u00e9ho j\u00edzdn\u00edho cyklu (NEDC), kter\u00fd byl vyvinut v\u00a0roce 1973.<\/p>\n<p>NEDC je s\u00e9rie zkou\u0161ek zalo\u017een\u00fdch na zrychlov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0zpomalov\u00e1n\u00ed motor\u016f ve zku\u0161ebn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. V\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9 f\u00e1zi se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed emise zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje stanoven\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b emis\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes se v\u0161ak m\u00e1 za to, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00a0t\u00e9to metody p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dob\u0159e neodr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed, jak\u00e9 l\u00e1tky vozidla na silnic\u00edch skute\u010dn\u011b vypou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed. Ve sv\u011btle t\u00e9to skute\u010dnosti byla metoda NEDC na za\u010d\u00e1tku z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2017 nahrazena mezin\u00e1rodn\u011b uzn\u00e1vanou zku\u0161ebn\u00ed procedurou pro lehk\u00e1 osobn\u00ed a\u00a0u\u017eitkov\u00e1 vozidla, ozna\u010dovanou jako celosv\u011btov\u011b harmonizovan\u00e9 zku\u0161ebn\u00ed postupy pro lehk\u00e1 vozidla (WLTP).<br \/>\nTento nov\u00fd cyklus zkou\u0161ek bere v\u00a0\u00favahu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlosti, dynami\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 autenti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zrychlov\u00e1n\u00ed\/zpomalov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b NEDC. Postupy WLTP jsou tedy p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed laboratorn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky a\u00a0l\u00e9pe odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<p>Navzdory v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159esnosti v\u0161ak situace napodobuj\u00edc\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00e9 podm\u00ednky nen\u00ed toto\u017en\u00e1 se skute\u010dnou situac\u00ed, na kterou m\u00e1 vliv \u0159ada faktor\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad styl j\u00edzdy nebo to, kde se vozidlo pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Vzhledem k\u00a0tomu budou laboratorn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky dopln\u011bny nov\u00fdm zku\u0161ebn\u00edm postupem, kter\u00fd bude m\u011b\u0159it emise v\u00a0re\u00e1ln\u00e9m provozu. Tento postup m\u00e1 prok\u00e1zat, zda vozidla produkuj\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 emise nejen v\u00a0laborato\u0159\u00edch, ale tak\u00e9 na silnici. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emis\u00ed v\u00a0provozu bude p\u0159id\u00e1no ke st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm zku\u0161ebn\u00edm po\u017eadavk\u016fm. Evropa bude prvn\u00edm regionem na sv\u011bt\u011b, kter\u00fd takov\u00e9 silni\u010dn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky zavede. Prahov\u00e9 hodnoty zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek uplat\u0148ovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem test\u016f se v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu a\u00a0s\u00a0uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm nov\u00fdch norem m\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed povolen\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b od zaveden\u00ed normy Euro\u00a01 do\u0161lo v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho. Normy Euro\u00a01 a\u00a02 oxid dusnat\u00fd v\u016fbec nebraly v\u00a0\u00favahu. Pot\u00e9 jeho p\u0159ijateln\u00e1 prahov\u00e1 hodnota klesala z\u00a0500\u00a0mg\/km (Euro\u00a03 v\u00a0roce 2001) a\u017e na 80\u00a0mg\/km (Euro\u00a06 v\u00a0roce 2015).<\/p>\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch vzn\u011btov\u00fdmi motory, norma Euro\u00a01 jejich prahovou hodnotu stanovila na 140\u00a0mg\/km, zat\u00edmco norma Euro\u00a06 u\u017e na 4,5\u00a0mg\/km. Na vozidla se z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00fdmi motory neuplat\u0148ovaly normy Euro\u00a01 a\u017e\u00a04 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 prahov\u00e9 hodnoty pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic. Ty byly zavedeny a\u017e v\u00a0norm\u011b Euro\u00a05, kter\u00e1 vstoupila v\u00a0platnost v\u00a0roce 2009. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 norma se t\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u0161ech typ\u016f spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f. Lze tedy pr\u00e1vem pouk\u00e1zat na skute\u010dnost, \u017ee se v\u00fdrobc\u016fm ve snaze o\u00a0d\u016fsledn\u00e9 dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed norem da\u0159\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bt st\u00e1le \u010dist\u0161\u00ed vozidla.<\/p>\n<h2><em>AdBlue\u00ae, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Aditivum AdBlue\u00ae je mezi v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho u\u00a0vozidel se vzn\u011btov\u00fdm motorem a\u00a0vyhovuje po\u017eadavk\u016fm normy Euro\u00a06. AdBlue\u00ae p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje v\u011bt\u0161inu oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho ve vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru a\u00a0diazoslou\u010deniny, tedy l\u00e1tky bez \u0161kodliv\u00e9ho vlivu na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Selektivn\u00ed katalytick\u00e1 redukce funguje na principu p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dinidla redukuj\u00edc\u00edho oxid dusnat\u00fd ve v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynech. T\u00edmto \u010dinidlem je pr\u00e1v\u011b AdBlue\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky AdBlue\u00ae maj\u00ed modern\u00ed vozidla na sv\u011bdom\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.
