Obecn\u011b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edpokladem\npro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed celkov\u00e9 kvality p\u0159\u00edpravku AdBlue\u00ae je dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed standardn\u00edho\npostupu zach\u00e1zen\u00ed. Tento postup je sestaven tak, aby zajistil \u010distotu vracen\u00fdch\nkontejner\u016f IBC a recykla\u010dn\u00ed smy\u010dku za \u00fa\u010delem op\u011btovn\u00e9ho pou\u017eit\u00ed kontejner\u016f IBC\na zachov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality p\u0159\u00edpravku AdBlue\u00ae podle specifikac\u00ed normy ISO 22241-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Postup\n\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Zkontrolujte kontejner IBC (kontejner i klec), zda nen\u00ed po\u0161kozen. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed ponechte kontejner IBC stranou a informujte spole\u010dnost GreenChem.<br>b) Z\u00a0kontejneru IBC vypus\u0165te zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed kapalinu (viz obr\u00e1zek 1).<br>c) Kontejner IBC zven\u010d\u00ed o\u010dist\u011bte (viz obr\u00e1zek 2).<br>d) Odstra\u0148te v\u0161echny star\u00e9 n\u00e1lepky\/\u0161t\u00edtky (viz obr\u00e1zek 3).<br>e) Kontejner IBC vy\u010dist\u011bte zevnit\u0159; posledn\u00ed intenzivn\u00ed oplach mus\u00ed b\u00fdt proveden \u010distou vodou (tj. demineralizovanou vodou nebo vodou po \u00faprav\u011b reverzn\u00ed osm\u00f3zou).<br>f) Kontejner IBC vevnit\u0159 vysu\u0161te (viz obr\u00e1zek 4)<br>g) Zkontrolujte t\u011bsnost kontejneru IBC, a to jak spodn\u00edho ventilu (viz obr\u00e1zek 5), tak samotn\u00e9ho kontejneru (viz obr\u00e1zek 6).<br>h) Na kohout ve spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti kontejneru IBC um\u00edst\u011bte novou f\u00f3lii a\u00a0t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed (viz obr\u00e1zky 7 a 8).<br>i) Na kovovou desku um\u00edst\u011bte nov\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky IBC\u00a0\/ n\u00e1lepku spole\u010dnosti GreenChem (viz obr\u00e1zky 9 a 10).<br>j) Na klec dejte nov\u00e9 modr\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a na plnic\u00ed v\u00ed\u010dko na horn\u00ed stran\u011b kontejneru IBC nasa\u010fte b\u00edl\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed.
