Linz, Austria – January 2025 – GreenChem Group proudly announces the official establishment of GreenChem Austria GmbH, marking another significant milestone in the company’s continued growth across Europe. This expansion enhances GreenChem’s operational presence and customer service in Central Europe, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to providing high-quality AdBlue® solutions and exceptional service standards.
With the creation of GreenChem Austria GmbH, the company has taken over the AdBlue® supply operations previously managed by LAT Nitrogen, enabling direct delivery services and a more streamlined, customer-focused supply chain. The market volume is projected to match the combined scale of GreenChem’s Hungarian and Slovakian operations.
Starting January 1, 2026, GreenChem Austria GmbH will also take over Kreuzmayr GmbH’s AdBlue® business. While Kreuzmayr has chosen to transfer this segment to a larger supplier and to focus in the future solely on their fuels and new energy business, they will continue to collaborate closely with GreenChem Austria GmbH to ensure uninterrupted service for both private and corporate customers.
This acquisition marks a key step in GreenChem’s European expansion strategy, strengthening the footprint and extending the service reach across Austria and neighboring markets. Customers can expect the trusted quality, product reliability, and dedicated service that have long defined the GreenChem brand.
Operating from Linz, GreenChem Austria GmbH will serve as a central hub for distribution, customer engagement, and regional support. Commenting on the launch and recent acquisition, Alexander Hatvani, Country Manager of GreenChem Austria GmbH, said:
