GreenChem’s New Subsidiary in Serbia

Recently, GreenChem has acquired Adeco Blue – Serbia’s largest AdBlue® producer. Soon to be rebranded as GreenChem Serbia, this acquisition strengthens GreenChem’s Adriatic presence.

In terms of the market, Serbia is the Adriatic region’s largest economy and has promising AdBlue® demand. Adeco Blue’s established reputation and long-term partnership with GreenChem Holding make this acquisition a key strategic move.

In terms of operations, the office will relocate from Novi Sad to Belgrade, improving synergy and cost efficiency with existing Agrofert’s group of companies locally. Adeco Blue’s experienced team will remain, ensuring continuity while integrating GreenChem’s logistics expertise. This acquisition reinforces GreenChem’s expansion strategy and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in Serbia and in the Adriatic region in general.
